Unfortunately this is an issue with the hosted content on Apple servers and not something we can change on our end.

There is a known issue that if you leave the app while it is downloading the in app purchase, they will not install correctly. Giving four stars- almost perfect but there is a tiny glitch I noticed but all in all very nice and better than some of the other similar apps ive tried. It seems to work now and has really nice features. Revised- its been for months since I downloaded the app and I just tried downloading again. ****The problem was when I tried to open the app it immediately quit and would not open at all!******( But only after I had made the purchase ) They posted a response below but I was not having problem with the purchase loading. Originally I gave this app 1 star- After I bought the in app purchase it wouldn't even open- even when I deleted and re downloaded it. Great styles that are realistic and you can tweak the color! and even if it does come it’s still a waste of time and effort bc the given reset password NEVER works. note that the attachment in the email says “the email may be delayed, please wait 2-4 minutes for the email to come with the password reset”…lol that’s a lie. ofc i did tried some times but still no email given to me, not even the next day it still wasn’t there. the service desk people didn’t know what else to do, so all they told me was to keep trying until it goes through. i went up to the service desk two times and was given two different passwords but they still didn’t work, man i even copied and paste it and it still had said “invalid username/password”. i had forgotten my password and used the “forgot password” option to get my reset password to change it but the email never came to me. This app is trash, it’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to login in now.
